For the town of Zug, the railway station is more than just an important public transport hub. It is a first class calling card for the Zug area and the town's future development to the north and the west.
At nightfall the lighting created by the artist James Turrell transforms the imposing railway station into a hovering illumination. Using just the three colours red, blue and green, together with the hues created by their flowing movements.
